The Data Controller ensures and facilitates the exercise of rights related to data management for the data subject, with particular emphasis on the right to information and objection.
The Data Controller undertakes to include guarantees in its data protection policy that ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects.

The data subject can exercise their rights described below at the address provided in Section 1. All requests related to the exercise of rights will be reviewed within 25 days from the date of receipt.

The principle of fair and transparent data management requires that data subjects be informed prior to the commencement of data management about the fact and purpose of data management, as well as about the identity of the data controllers, data protection officers, the scope of data processed, the legal basis, duration, and method of data processing, and the data processors involved. Under the right to information, data subjects have the opportunity to request information regarding the processing of their data, in which case they will receive personalized information.

6.2. Right to Withdraw Consent
The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

The data subject has the right to request the rectification or completion of their data processed by us.

6.8. Right to Lodge a Complaint or Initiate Proceedings
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or initiate its proceedings, as well as to seek effective judicial remedy, if they believe that a violation has occurred concerning the processing of their data or the exercise of their rights related to data processing. In the case of judicial remedy, the data subject may initiate a civil lawsuit, which falls under the jurisdiction of the competent tribunal.
